I prefer a two bedroom flat with a kitchen, bathroom, clothes washer and high speed internet connection. I would consider renting a two bedroom, two bathroom flat if available. A lift is necessary if the apartment is located above the 1st floor. Please tell me if you have an apartment available for the month of August and the TOTAL COST of renting the apartment including all utilities, air conditioning, charges for linens, cleaning charges and all fees including rental agency fees.
