“The Art in Public Places program (AIPP) is one of the many culturally oriented programs in the Vail Valley. The intent of the program is to assemble a collection of works of art in public places which is educational, attractive to residents and visitors, and of an overall aesthetic quality equal to the excellent international reputation the Town enjoys as a resort.

The program is under the direction of an eleven-member board which meets monthly to discuss AIPP projects and direction. Members of the public are encouraged to attend the meetings which are held in the Vail Town Council Chambers on the first Monday of every month.

Please visit artinvail.com for details on past, present and future exhibitions and events sponsored by Town of Vail Art in Public Places.”

Some of the best years of my life have been spent in Vail. I’d highly recommend traveling to Vail, Colorado if you even have the chance. Some of the most beautiful terrain in the world is located here.

As a long time local of Vail and Colorado in general, I would definitely check out Colorado Outdoor Center

If you are planning a vacation to Vail, I would recommend renting a house since most of Vail is under construction right now with all the new hotels coming in. Renting a house is a great idea because you can find a place with room for however many people you want. It is usually a better deal and gives you a chance to enjoy Vail from a new perspective, less resort and more local! One of the best places to look at is Vail Resort Condos.
